please help with conditionals

This code:
<vb:if condition="$post[postcount] == 1">

it will display content on first postbit of first page only.

a)
Could you please share code for conditional which will display in first postbit of every page.

b)
whabout last postbit of a page (for every page, not just first page of the topic)

please help
