I see one for 3.6 But that will not work for my site

If by Anonymous, you mean hiding users' usernames from everyone else but selected staff, it'd be an interesting project (imho) but very easy.

If you mean like a support ticket system, this is easily done with permissions.

Just tell me which one, I could tell you what you need to do.
