Logo needed for non profit.

I need a logo made for a non profit rescue I am starting.
The name of the rescue is Maryland Ferret and Reptile Rescue.

Here is some of my ideas.

I wanted a heart with the Maryland flag in it.
The Maryland Flag is like 4 squares. In one square I want a ferret head. In one of the other squares I would like a chameleon. Then the rest of the flag can stay the way it is. Feel free to add to it or take away ideas.

If you have a better idea for a logo with out my ideas I would love to see that as well. I suck at graphics so I tried for the last three days and got nothing.

Anything is better then nothing.

Thanks for that almost what I want. Can you make the flag fit into a heart?

I would also like the background to be transparent.

Thank you for at least helping as others have not. But I do not think I can use them for a logo.
How did you cut the ferret and chameleon out? Maybe you can cut them out for me so they are just flat with a transparent background?

There's not perfectly cut out that's why I used a bit of a white glow... but here they are as transparent PNGs. I just copy and pasted them "as transparent" in my image editor.

Don't give up, someone else may come along, this isn't usually the fastest moving forum.
