DragonByte Technologies are proud to present User Status & Moods v1: A mini mod to give your members the option of setting Facebook-like status updates / mood.
Why User Status & Moods?
Sometimes, a simple "mood" isn't enough. DBTech's User Status & Moods mods lets your members put their current doings and feelings into a short message to be displayed next to their posts and in their profiles.
If you like this mod please hit the button to the right ---->
Please remember to click the, button to the right if you installed the mod ---->
What does 'Marking As Installed' do ?
* It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified by us whenever new updates are available.
* For security issues - vbulletin.org will contact all members who have installed a modification whenever a security issue is brought to their attention.
* Marking a modification as installed also helps us know how many people are using our work, giving us extra incentive to provide more features and new modifications.
We appreciate the support!

Thanks Dave,
I guess what I was trying to say is that there is no option to select a mood when you click to edit, all you get is this statement.
Not sure what I am doing wrong.
Ahh, you will need to create at least one criteria and add at least one mood to it for it to display properly. You can do this through the adminCP. There is a set of mood we have included with the mod in the Mood Imports folder in the zip you downloaded. Import that with the mood manager and then click manage criteria. From there click edit criteria and you will see a selection box. It's pretty self-explanatory from there on.
Installation instructions should also mention that in order to get the default moods you have to upload them and edit the criteria, I definitely pulled my hair out on that one. Thanks for a good product though!

Yup, done that already but checked it again and all are set but still getting just the "select a category..."
I also noticed that in the profile section I cannot edit the mood or the status but in a thread can only edit status. Strange.
I do really appreciate your help.

I'll update the installation instructions soon, they do seem to be causing people problems! :P

Yes, I have included a sidebar block with it. Just go to the forum blocks manager and add the "Status Changes" block to your sidebar.
