Mod to include various licenses into a post/thread.

I am hoping someone can come up with a mod that can insert various licenses into a post or new thread.

It should be usergroup based and the member should have an option somewhere (maybe in editor toobar with a dropdown) to choose between about 6 licenses. These should then be displayed at the bottom of the post. (Because the license itself might be too long, maybe just a link to the actual page.)
