Is it possible to disallow specific domains eg *.favsys.net from accessing my forum ?
and redirect them to another page ?

This is something you probably want to do on the server level, not vbulletin level.

You would want to create or edit your ".htaccess" file at the root level of your website directory.

Only edit this file if you are sure you know what you are doing.
