Hi,

Ever since upgrading to 3.8.6 P1 I have a couple users telling me that they can't log in due to a missing security token.

They are using Mac OSX and tried with Chrome and Firefox.

What can I do to resolve this?

It most likely happens because you're using custom templates. Try to either revert the template to default, or add the line of code manually in whichever template the problem seems to occur.
