Ban on Words/Phrases

Hello,
I'm searching for an Add-On for vB 4.0.x.
It should ban Users, which are saying words (like bad words), which are set up in the admincp or code.
For example: I have set up to bad words: google, foobar
If an user write post like: "I don't use google", he should be banned.
If an user write post like: "foorbar foobar foobar", he should be banned.
and so on.
