Looking for help with a particular theme layout

Hi all,

I am trying to find a theme for vBulletin 3.6.X with a transparent background where I can change the background image, also needs to have a blue borders and stuff. I did look through the many styles for this version and found nothing of interest and even did a search for Transparent and only came up with 17 results and nothing is closs. I did find one that was real close to what I was looking for but it was for the admin control panel only.

I have searched the web with very little results.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
