Queation about how to create an Add-on.
<a href="http://www.distortedguild.com" target="_blank">www.distortedguild.com</a>
I run a website for a World of Warcraft guild, and would like to make an addon for my front page that displays how far we have progressed in some of the end game raiding dungeons. I can do this in basic HTML, which would be perfectly fine, however I'm unable to figure out how to create the block to hold this information... and how to get my html code into this block. I have very very little php knowledge, however know html very well. Any information is welcome, I'd even pay somebody to create the addon, however I have no budget for that. Thanks, - Jim |

If you just want it on your home page, open the FORUMHOME template and then after the navbar/header code, put your html code. Probably put it all in a div tag to make a box.

The FORUMHOME template is on the forum home page - forum.php. If you want it on the CMS home page, then the template would be vbcms_page

I'm sorry if I seem a little lost. I'm really trying to work though what you posted, but it seems a little vague.
Is this a file I am editing, or is it a setting in the Admin page? --------------- Added [DATE]1276983080[/DATE] at [TIME]1276983080[/TIME] --------------- Thank you |
