Hello,

Is there any options or Mods that let me closed free registrations and only visitors can have an account through an invitation code or just paying some $ to have an account ?

yep you can make it a closed board membership by invitation only
unregistered has no permissions

you would have to moderate registrations by making a new class upgrade from unregistered
then make a new subscription to take people who pay from unregistered to a new paid class

so when a person hits register, it takes them to a payment options page, they pay or go home

i think thats how its done in other words you go from unreg to paid not registered user
