How To Add A New Skins And Keep The Mods I Already Made

On my forum i want to change to a new skin, but i have several hours into adding modifications and stuff, and was wondering is there a way to add a new skin and it copy over my existing forum modifications and stuff? All of my mods i added were like XML files..
