Hi guys.. i need your help here...

Actually i paid someone to convert the forum from smf to Vbulletin..My problem here when i want to get root server using my new add..with new admin n new password..i can't enter it..

my old forum close already..but the data still have there...

http://www.onlinecafe.com.my/v3/forum.php ( this is my link for new forum )

when i'm using filezilla..to log in into root server..which hosting i should use it..

onlinecafe.com.my or onlinecafe.com.my/v3/forum.php ?

person that convert my forum already Missing In Action

Sounds very bad if he/she has your ftp and sql info they can do anything to your server
Contact Host asap request new log-ins / pass

So for host in filezilla http://www.onlinecafe.com.my will work

that host still work..i can enter using that link..but when i enter using my new vB url..its can't..

is that filezilla only can read onlinecafe.com.my ? because after convert my url already change to onlinecafe.com.my/v3

one more thing..is that same user we used to acess cpanel and to root..because i can acess my cpanel and already change the password..but can't acess the root when i'm using that user and password..?

FTP dont work like that mate
you enter in your Root and you move in FTP to the places you want to go

Example would be

/public_html/v3/

At a guess thats your Forum Dir
