I'm getting ready to upgrade my forum to VB4, so I was wondering if anyone has step-by-step instructions on backing up your VB database via phpMyAdmin? I know how to back up a database via phpMyAdmin, but I wasn't sure if anything special needed to be checked/selected when doing so for a VB forum.

I believe when you do your regular monthly full site backup your db is in there somewhere.
At any rate, I wouldn't use phpmyadmin if you have cpanel, just use it. |
