I can?t see Buttons in spanish language

Amigos!
Tengo un problema.

Quiero que los botones se vean en espa?ol.
Tengo vbulletin 4.0.3 instalado , con el idioma espa?ol que baje de esta p?gina.
Por defecto, no se ven botones ni en espa?ol ni en ingles.

Cree la carpeta images_es/buttons y no se ven
Le puse la carpeta images_es/buttons en la opciones SOBREESCRIBIR CARPETAS DE BOTONES en la configuracion del idioma espa?ol, y nada.

Cambi? la carpeta en la configuraci?n del style Default, y nada.

Me pueden decir como puedo ver los botones en vez de solo texto ???

Me aparece como este foro: la palabra "crear nuevo tema" pero yo quiero el boton en vez del texto.

Disculpen si no entiendo algo, busque en el foro pero no encontr? como hacer esto
