simple Inputform for CMS-Articles?
Hello,
I start with VB4 Suite + vBMCS (german) and would like to offer my users a small (reffered to one categorie and other default options) Inputform with easy usability. At my future Site, I plan to alow junior Autors, to write their own articles in one or two spezial categories. But they should not allowed to reorganise or delete any of the structure or userrights. My site is used from older users and partly with disability people. I´m not a programmer without knowledge of BBcode. Is there any posibillity to help me? I wish to have a simple Imputform for CMS Articles with customized defaultoptions in ACP (or anywhere) Thank you for help. See the Screenshot, what I mean. |

yes, you should just make them post it in the forums then if its good enough , promote it to an article . its that easy and you have control of whats shown in CMS that way
that is really what your talking about, a editor that allow all the same things they could use in cms but with no authority in cms |

Thank you harleyparts for your post.
Yes, its a possible way of controled postings. For the beginning with less postings it´s OK. Thank you for suggestion. But what if I receive moire than 100 postings per day or much more? Thats noch my only Site and my only job. I think it is a good idea, the bring the function into easyforms, to post directly in an CMS system (VB own, or other in VB). If you have good quality writers, its ok for direct postings. best regards promoprompt |

better yet allow some moderators to do all that for you :>
since they are learning that will help them progress by policing newer writes so maybe a promotion system will hold you over until that actually happens in the meantime you could easily have the form post it to database or a thread that you then would promote. its all beyond me as I am no writer:> |
