The site is not smooth rolling. You have way too many javascript related items on your index page and needless hacks.

When I scroll down, I expect it to be smooth as it is on vBulletin.org. Your site has so many animations and javascript, my browser stutters when scrolling

You've went completely overboard imo. People are not likely to join a forum that stutters when you scroll down.
