logining in with facebook message

In header, I currently have the following written

To post, please <a href="register.php?{sessionurl}" target="_blank"><b>register</b></a>
or you can sign-in with your Facebook

I want to make it so the word "Facebook" links to the facebook login, which is the same action as the F Connect button at the top of my vbulletn 4.0 page.

What should i change the code to.
