How To Enable Images For Guests?
I have a new forum at www.office 2010club.com and we are trying to fill in the original content. We have disabled the thumbnails so that all images appear in original size in PNG format.
Now the problem is that guests have to click the link to view the image while users who are logged in can see the image directly. I want guests to be able to view the image directly as well without them having to click every link. I cannot seem to find any option in the Vbulletin dashboard, any ideas? Check this link to see what I mean, http://www.office2010club.com/powerp...ion-final-174/ |

Problem is that Thumbs are disabled. The images we upload are shown as full PNG images without resizing.
I went to admincp/usergroup and created a new usergroup for guests where I allowed images to be visible to them. But it turns out they cannot see the images. They can only see it when they click the URL, otherwise it is not showed to them by default. Any ideas? |

Did you allow the attachment access to the guests?
As a guest, I'm unable to see them for the permissions. |

Thanks guys. Either I didn't understand the first time or you didn't explain it properly. Being new to the forum, I would say the former.
Anyways I went to Usergroup and edited the Unregistered/Visitors group and enabled Attachment view for them. It is all working fine now! Again, thanks a lot for the quick reply! |
