Is there any reason why I cannot post in Paid Services Forum?

You cannot post in it unless your licence status is confirmed - as you are (now ?) showing as licenced, you should be able to.

Semi-correction.... you may only post a *thread* in there if you are licensed. Nobody except the thread starter may reply to any threads in that forum.

Ah yes, I assumed that a new thread is what he meant, but reading it again, I guess he could be trying to reply.
