1) just replace the vbulletin favicon in your site root
its called -- favicon.ico

and create your own with a favicon creator Google search
either one of these is proberly fine.

favicon's have to meet special requirements reguarding size and colors..
thats why the generators are so much easyer to use, and fast..

Just remember when updateing vbulletin, each update contains the default icon,
and will overwrite your own, so keep a copy of your own. or simply replace it
in vb dir before uploading patches..

Alternatly you have to add some code to the header template
