vB3 style

I am looking to create a style for vB3 where the index page looks like this:
http://images.vbulletin.com/blog-con.../forumbits.png

And have a forumdisplay that looks like this:
http://images.vbulletin.com/blog-con...threadbits.png

Anyone like to show me a style that has been made that does this? Or, someone willing to create such a style?
