You really need to work on one thing at a time. We all have lives and few have the answers to a single question, much less 4-5.

#1 - just press "reply" twice to get to the advanced editor (and don't worry - your users are smart enough to hit 'go advanced' if they need to). Alternatively, there are mods here that will modify the Quick Reply to do just about everything the Full editor will do. e.g. PHPKD - Advanced Quick Reply 'Ultimate'
