You can use conditionals in your Ads templates.
And assign who all should have ads and who shouldnt |

Your Ad templates. wherever you have put your Ad, select that template and cover your ad inside a conditional. You can search for conditionals in forum there are few posts.
Style manager > edit templates > Ad location Templates |

Just search the templates for all the ad locations you have enabled. Change 1,2,3 which whatever usergroup you want the ads to show up for. |
