Latest RSS feed posts on non-vB site?

I want to turn this:

into this:

I want to post RSS feed from specific forum sections on my vBulletin in to my main site. I know it has something to do with modifying the external.php file but I'm clueless. I want the post title, post content, and the other text you saw in the bottom image. Help would be great
