I?m searching for a Ticketsystem or so called Helpdesk System for my Forum. Unfortunately I only found an old thread https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...t=Ticketsystem

It?s not made for Version 4.x though so I thought to post up a suggestion like this in hope that maybe somewhere in the future such an Addon would be available, even if it costs money!

The main Reason for this is that i?m running a Simracing League and we support Protest Requests. To track them all down and to make it easier for everybody, a Helpdesk System would?ve been a very helpful tool to maintain Protest Requests, incl. all Discussions etc.

Do a search for HelpCenter in all mods, titles only, the PaulSonny HelpCenter should be what you want.

Well probably I was too stupid with the search feature of the forum itself and did not use enough search parameters so i?m sorry.

The only useful system so far is the microhellas (microSUPPORT) Addon for vB4.0.x so i?m using this for now and it works pretty good.

It is not a VB3 engine, just a parsed copy!
