I accidentally entered myself in a tournament, and can't find where to remove myself. The only opions I see is to replace myself with someone else.

Either replace yourself with someone that wants to play that tournament or just disqualify yourself when tourn opens so you dont have to play.

Hi Kimberly -

Thanks for the answer. I came back with the same question, but for a different reason.

As admin, I want to start a tournanment, but I don't want to play in it. Since I don't know who will want to play, I don't know who to replace myself with. Also, if I disqualify myself, it reduces by one the number of people who can play.

Is there a way to actually delete myself after a second player signs up, or better yet a way for me as admin to create an empty tournament and let the users enter themselves?

Thanks again,
dc

Thought I'd raise this from the dead to see if anyone new has an answer to either one of these questions.

I create a monthly tournament that gives the winner a prize, so I don't want to be in it. Since I can't see the future, I don't know who to replace myself with.
  1. Ideally, I would be able to create a tournament with no participants.
  2. The workaround would seem to be to delete myself after the first real person signs up.

Neither of these is possible as far as I can tell.

Anyone know how to do this?
