Step 1: Admincp ---> Plug-in & Product Options ---> Upload Plug-in ---> Upload that plug-in.

Step 2: open adv_portal_buddylistbits TEXT folder, and open your adv_portal_buddylistbits template, please all codes change with adv_portal_buddylistbits TEXT folder codes.
