Hi,
I just upgraded from version 4.00 to 4.02 the latest version, by reuploading the whole vBulletin installation and then running the upgrade script. Now a friend of mine was coding a few plugins on my server and left them there. They seem to have.. dissapeared. He said he took ages coding them and there are no backups, is this normal ? Also where are the plugins usually stored ? |

Plugins are stored in the database in the plugin table. The only thing I can think of that would make one just disappear is if they were using a hook location that is no longer valid. But even then, I think they show up and just use the first hook location in the list. (You can always download your plugins/products to keep copies)
