Post checked before posting

I would like a few members who are trouble makers, to be added to a queue so i have to check every post first. How is the best way to do this? Not per forum - just for everything this member ever posts.

If there are only a few members, you could create a new usergroup called "trouble makers" or something like that, move them into it, then set the usergroup's posts to be moderated by using the usergroup settings.

So what are these usergroup settings set to?
Also looking at this but would like to be able to just check the box for moderated user
usergroup and from then on all posts from this usergroup have to be approved first.

How to set this up?
