As of yet we are not sure which mods do not work with 4.0.2. I would watch your mods forum post and see if anyone is posting not working with 4.0.2.

Many of my mods got eaten in the 4.0.2 upgrade...I'm still taking toll of whats not working...DownloadsII is one casualty...
