I was wondering if there is a modification that when someone posts lets say in my introduction section a new "thread" this bought will automatically post a welcome message in it?

Don't think so.

However, there is a mod available to automatically create a topic for a new user, I think. Maybe that's something?

I heared about a mod doing random given replies on new posts
it may be developed to post replies to a specefic sections

Yeah that's what I'm looking for basically lets say if they make a post saying nice website ect.. in the introductions section this bot will type for example..
