set post to "fire" or "post" at certain time

I am wondering if there is any way to set a post to post at a certain time. Say I have a event that tickets go on sale for march 1st. I want to set a post and have it ready so at 12:01 on march 1st it posts to my news forum?

I did some searching but couldn;t find anything is this possible?
