ok, i know of 2 ways to do this for some reason

the first way is to set the code in a script by hand that when reached to a certain post number the code changes the user avatar , so that would be the easy way to code...

then the hard way would to make a image upload or avatar files integration with the user levels and then make so code that would work with the user avatar..

i could maybe make the first one.. maybe
