Posting a request for paid assistence, is only allowed on this site (and not on the company main forums, but we only allow licensed customers to post such a request.
What could have been answered on the main (vBulletin.com) forums is that you will get a conversion script with your purchase and this can be used to migrate from phpBB. See also the manual page:
phpBB 3 (or
phpBB2). Most of our new customers, even those with limited experience, will perform such a migration themself. In case of problems you can always contact support.
Style (theme) can not be converted but there are many free and commercial styles available for vBulletin. Also a vBulletin style is not too difficult to adept to your needs.
