my rss imports 5-10 at a time 1 from each rss i have set up , this puts a pile of posts in the new posts area and they are mostly ignored if i could make them fire off an hour apart that would be ideal any suggestions?

Run your RSS feeds manually for one day. Don't run them all at one time, but one every hour or so. Making sure to save your enabled status each time. If you run all your tasks at the same hour, they'll all run the exact amount of time you've set them to check and the same time.
