Admin Function to Turn Off Public Email Addresses

We had major problems on our 3.8.4 forum with false user registrations even using reCAPTCHA? Verification.

The solution was to stop accepting registrations from all public email addresses - gmail, hotmail etc. We now only accept registrations from members using private email domains.

This, of course, means I have to list all of these domains in my user banning options - no mean task and I haven't got them all yet by any stretch.

What would be really neat is an Admin option that knew about all these public addresses and gave the ability to turn them off - problem solved!
