if you have a .htaccess file located in public_html

add the following lines

 
Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine On
RewriteOptions Inherit

DirectoryIndex forum.php

ensure you have this somewhere

DirectoryIndex forum.php

the rest should be there if not add the missing ones

Real easy. Open up index.php and change it to this:
