If you guys can tell me the template name I could probably edit it to add a link below the password box.

Everywhere you have to enter a password.

Edit the .htaccess for this but I have no ideal how they got a custom color. Then set every section created that a password is needed.

Well I was wondering how to put a link under the password text form because we made a thing that gives people the password if they vote.
