I want to downgrade vbb 4.0 -> 3.8. Please, help me.

You downgrade by importing/installing your database backup.

Lol i didn't and its gonna take you a while. Took me 3 hours to fix hull database.

Upload 3.8.x files edit config - import db

make sure all hooks are disabled via config.php
