This is what it says above my header, which isn't allowing me to login. The forum is appearing underneath all this, though.

Those are all due to plugins. You were supposed to disable all your plugins prior to upgrading.

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php
