Strange design issue on reading threads (RC4)

Go to your Section in the CMS > hover over the section title and you will see a little pencil

I can't see sections on the cms page. And so there is no pencil also.

I will try a fresh update from the 3.8.4 version to the 4.0.0.

The section name is at the top of the page above the articles.

Yep, I remember that from times when articles and sections were visible

I will make a fresh update from the still live 3.8.4, the whole V4 install was just for testing purposes, so it isn't really important.
