I just upgraded my vb3 to 3.5.2, then tried upgrading my commbull to 3.5. It looked OK.

When I send out the bulletin, it arrives and displays the html as if it were text. I checked the SQL database to make sure it didn't turn everyone to off, but it was fine, everyone was on, 1.

Any ideas?
