How to create a Feedback forum?

I know excaktly what your looking for..

the old 3.8 mod Easy forms
This mod was able to make a feedback forum, and post it in any forum you want,
ewen one only viewable by a specifik usergroup, such as admin..

But unfortunally noone have picked up the task and port it to 4.x
so only alternative im thinking off is makeing a costum template with the forms
on and then when a user fills in the fields, hit submit its autoposted in db with link to that
specifik forum.

Difference is, the Easy forms, could do this for you without any programming experience.
