Is there such a mod? I've been searching and I can't find one.

I'd like to offer re-captcha 2 for new posts/threads just if the user has under 10 posts, if anybody knows of one for 3.8 that would be cool but I can donate a little if somebody wants to draft one up for me.

Haven't seen one but you could do this easiest just promoting to an other usergroup. For example Registed2. Register members will go to that group after 10 posts, also this may drive up some spam posts doing this. Everyone hurry and post 10 crap post so don't have to worry about it.
