So not sure why this is happening...

Notice how all the images on the quick edit bar are distorted... Firefox properties say:
16px ? 16px (scaled to 21px ? 20px) for all the images.. I'm not sure why they are being scaled to a large size image..

Anyone have any idea why this would be happening?

Take a look in your templates... Private Message Templates>>pm_quickreply ...to see if there are image widths and heights assigned there, I just looked at mine and mine have them though I have never touched the template lol

Mine also do but the images height & width are set to 16x16 which is correct, nothing modifying it to 21x20 in there =\
