why won't it align...

Haha, I find it weird how half my threads are problems with aligning stuff. It never seems to work for me.

At the top, the featured content slider box is a few pixels off, I want it to line up with the right side of the breadcrumb bit. Same with the "Hello..." box, which should line up with the left side of the breadcrumb bit (with 16px gab in between "Hello..." and Featured Content boxes).

I'd also like a decent-sized padding on the Hello... box.

Can someone do this for me quickly?
