vBulletin.com/forum style login/register
I notice that vbulletin.com is built on 4.0, while .org is built on 3.6... I am building a community on 3.8, waiting for the 4.0 publishing suite.
Could someone help me find the code that will allow me to modify the navbar (i believe that's what we call the section where username and password textboxes are accepted in the default style). I am trying to remove the username and password fields from this area of the site and move them to the top right corner of the site just like they are positioned on vbulletin.com/forums. Additionally I'd want to remove the "Register" link from the navbar and move that up to the top right alongside the login fields. Thank you. |

Thanks for the help, Loco.M, but could you give a little more detailed direction? I see no Styles & Languages section in the admincp... I do however see Styles & Templates and the Styles Manager. But when looking at "All Style Options" I don't see anything for navbar or breadcrumbs.
I'm relatively new to vB. Any advice on how to see more of the raw code (HTML, CSS) for the navbar and breadcrumbs? Again, I'm working with the newest version of 3.8 here. Thanks. |

Im running 3.7 so I can't show the code, but I can confirm that it is:
Styles & Templates >> then Expand (<< >>) >> Navigation and Breadcrumb Templates >> Navbar |

Thank you, HexLegend... it was the <<>> (Expand) that I was missing. Now I see all the styles and can slice up this navbar like a pro

Just as a note, this is the default placement of the login fields on 4.0...
Thanks for the help, Loco and Hex |
