language of the forum ?

I am currently using (vBulletin 3.6.7 PL1) .
Is it possible to change main language of the forum ? (to korean)
Registrations to every single button in the forum.
I searched in " language and style " category in Admin control panel but it was only showing english.
I saw this forum (http://www.appleforum.com/) however i do not know how they did it.
Please contact asap if you can do this, thanks!
