Default I need Project Tools..what should i do?
Hey guys,

Ive got a newly renewed 3.8 licence.
I'd like to get my hands on Project Management tools.
I heard it is being included with VB 4 and after the release of VB4 will be able to be DL from this site.

So what should I do? If its free with VB 4 then there is no point buying it now, i just renewed my licence and will obviously wait until 4 comes out if this is indeed the case.

Is there a way i can get Project Management tools now? When is 4 coming out?

(i hope im correct in assuming that current licence holders get VB4 upgrades included in their 3.8 licence?)

AFAIK PT will be released here at the org, as it's not a paid product anymore.

Well it looks like i cant get it.

After submitting a ticket i was directed here: http://www.vbulletin.com/index.php?do=faq#faq-8

And informed: "There is no set date as ty when this (Project Tools) will be released to vBulletin.org yet. I suspect it will not be until after vB4 Gold is released."

Which will be: "We do not yet have an estimated release date other than we fully expect vB4 to be released before the end of the year. vB4 is currently in Beta testing now.
While we cannot predict which bugs will be found in further testing we are hoping to have the final release within a few weeks. Please note that is not a guarantee and a lot will depend on the bugs found during the Beta test."

So, how to get Project Tools is now clear as mud.

I'll guess i'll just have to wait.

I'm not sure, but I have a feeling that what will be released with be Project Tools for 4.0, not for any previous version of vB. But, as I said, I'm not sure.
